When Chef Adyre Mason started her vegan journey, she had no idea where it would lead. The Veggie began right out of her home kitchen. The basis of her food combines vegan versions of childhood faves + recipes she created over her last eight years vegan. Although we’re now the area’s largest vegan restaurant, the care and intention put into our food can still be tasted. From the Rocket City to Food Network Chef Adyre is impacting vegan food, and this is just the beginning.

Vegan food isn’t an option, it’s what we do. You never have to worry if your food has been prepared safely with you in mind. Here, vegans are more than a moment, they’re a priority. Even if you just wanted to eat healthy on occasion, we got you! We make vegan food for everyone.
